Starting in 2023, we now run a wellness program for our 3,000+ manufacturing employees in India. Employees can attend optional yoga, stretching and even dance sessions taught for free by local teachers in specific break rooms, during their breaks. The classes support both physical health and social connection. Yoga and dance sessions help employees reduce pain from carpal tunnel, back problems, and other pains that arise from their repetitive manufacturing motions. The program also promotes employee friendships and bonding. It’s a good way to care for the body and community on the factory floor.
